WHAT IS THE HISTORY OF YOUR HOME? Home was built in the 70's. The previous owner was a famous illustrator and local historian. WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT IT? We love the view of the backyard from the kitchen and sunroom. Canfield Mt. can be seen from the sunroom. WHY DID YOU BUY IT OR BUILD IT? We fell in love with the outdoor space and the basement setup worked for our multigenerational living needs at the time. WHAT WILL YOU MISS ABOUT IT? The Grape arbor, cherry trees, apple and pear trees. The backyard after the first snow is beautiful. WHAT WILL YOU REMEMBER? The grandkids eating cherries and juice dripping from their mouths. Watching them slip and slide in the backyard. WHERE IS THE BEST WINDOW? Definitely the sunroom windows! WHAT IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING ABOUT YOUR HOME? The times that all of our children and grandchildren were here together. WHICH ROOM IS YOUR FAVORITE? Kitchen. I like the flow and that I cna see into the living room and outside. WHAT LITTLE DETAILS DO YOU TREASURE? We enjoyed watchting the wildlife in the backyard. There are families of quail, random pheasants, and of course many deer. WHY IS THIS A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE? Great place to live because it's serene and quiet. You feel like you are in the country but just minutes from all amenities. The neighbors are fantastic!
